Stipe Residence is a family-run guest house in Podstrana, offering spacious, air-conditioned accommodation with large balconies overlooking the white sandy beach. Podstrana is a small coastal town only 7 km from Split, where the clear blue sea is just a few steps from your door.

Stipe Residence sits in Podstrana - Miljevac, a quiet part of the Split riviera where the coast, cafés, a bakery, grocery shops and the bus stop are all within a short walk. Split is about 7 km away, so the old town is close while the evenings stay peaceful.
Podstrana City Beach is 250 m from the house and Grljevac Beach 300 m; Strožanac South Beach is 950 m, Lav Beach 1 km and Lavica Beach 1.1 km away. Restaurant Bb (250 m), Restaurant Panula (300 m) and Olive Garden (350 m) serve local specialities a few minutes on foot.
