The most popular facilities at Stipe Residence are free private parking on site, free Wi-Fi in all areas, family rooms and an airport shuttle available at an additional charge. Street parking is available as well and the whole property is smoke free.
Each unit has air conditioning and heating, a private bathroom with shower, towels, toilet paper and a hairdryer, a wardrobe or closet, clothes rack, socket near the bed, seating area, safe, fan and a flat-screen TV with cable and satellite channels. Kitchens are fitted with a refrigerator, electric kettle, microwave, stovetop, kitchenware and a dining table, and many units add outdoor furniture on a balcony, terrace or in the garden.
Guests can use baggage storage, request an invoice and arrange laundry at an additional charge. The property is secured with key card and key access, fire extinguishers, a safe and CCTV outside and in common areas, and the team speaks Croatian, English and German.
House rules
Check-in is from 15:00 to 20:00 and check-out from 08:00 to 10:30; please let us know your expected arrival time in advance and bring a photo ID and credit card. Children of all ages are welcome, a crib for ages 0-1 is free on request, extra beds are not available and children 11 and above are charged as adults. Cash is the primary way of payment. Smoking, parties and pets are not allowed, and quiet hours are between 22:00 and 08:00.
